Hit me baby one more time
The amount of hits that this website recieves has increased from about 300 per day, which was what it was getting up until Christmas, to about 3,000 per day, which is what it’s been getting since.
Either I am very popular, or it is very broken.
I suspect the latter, but if anyone has any clue, let me know.

Is one story getting many hits? I had a story about the voyeurism of the Saddam Hussein execution video - and actually posted it very early on. The page was top hit on a yahoo search for “Saddam Hussein execution video” and drove my hits through the roof for a while. Similarly my Al Yammah posting was designed to pull in hits, and increase hits for the Lib Dem page that covered the issue. But I ended up getting the second ranking on google, not the party, and again got massive numbers of hits.
I don’t know… I don’t think there’s a way of telling on here… I don’t think my new year
activities are of international significance! It all went crazy after I did the annual review twelve
posts in one day. Who knows…?
